Frank Lloyd Wright
Frank Lloyd Wright was an American architect, interior designer, and writer, who designed hundreds of structures in the United States during the late 1800's and up until the mid 1900's. Some of Frank Lloyd Wright's most famous works were The Guggenheim Museum and Falling Water, which is a house constructed over a water fall.
Throughout his life he designed many original structures and designs. They were very different from the usual buildings and structures for their uniqueness of design. Some have said that he was the greatest architects of all time.
Frank Lloyd Wright started his career in Chicago as a draftsman for an architectural firm in the late 1800's. The rest is history. If you ever see a building that isn't square with coinciding square windows in mundane places, it could very well be an original Frank Lloyd Wright or influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright.
I have included many videos of Frank Lloyd Wright's famous Falling Water structure and some photographs of some of his other work and structures. I think you can get to know Frank Lloyd Wright, the man and the architect, best, by examining his work, much more than words can ever do justice.
I hope that you enjoy his work as much as I do. Some of the structures he designed are worth literally fortunes in price and historical value.
